"Still impressed after my latest use"
I just used this again recently, and it reminded me how solid it is. It feels sturdy, nothing has loosened up, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel some gear gets after a few uses. So far, it’s been holding up really well

"Inventory info was kind of misleading"
So, I ordered a part for my pitching machine because the site said it was in stock, but then, like, later on I got an email saying it was actually backordered. That was frustrating, because I needed it that same week. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but still, the website really should show the actual inventory before you go through and pay. I’ll probably just check somewhere else next time.

"They had the parts, but shipping was kinda slow"
I was able to find the parts I needed, which was nice, but the shipping wasn’t always as quick as I hoped. Not a bad experience overall, just... if the delivery times were a little better, I’d probably feel differently.

Just a heads up if you’re planning to shop here: the selection is limited. I was able to find the basic stuff I needed, but there really wasn’t much variety beyond that. It’s okay in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go in expecting a lot of options.

"Works Fine With Most Balls I Use"
I’ve tried this with dimple balls, leather ones, and regular baseballs, and it’s been solid overall. I did have to mess with the settings a little to get it feeding just right, but once it was dialed in, it worked Fine for me

I bought it from jugssports.com, and the adjustment range has been better than I thought it would be. It was easy to get set up for different players, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep messing with it the whole time. It works well for our practices, and when you need to change it quick, it just makes that part simple. Happy with it so far

I found what I was looking for easily, but checkout took a couple tries, well, maybe more like a few, and the shipping details weren’t super clear at first. The confirmation email did come through after a little while. Overall, it wasn’t bad, just kind of average.

"I bought this from JUGS thinking it..."
I bought this from JUGS thinking it would be a little more flexible for different baseball drills, and maybe I’m missing something, but it doesn’t feel as versatile as I expected. It handles the basic stuff okay, but changing between setups felt kind of clunky and took longer than I thought it would.

For the price, I figured it would be smoother for mixed practice sessions where you’re moving from one drill to another. It’s definitely not useless, but it feels more limited than the site made it seem. If you’re just doing simple repeated drills, it’s probably fine.

I do like the machine for the most part, and it works well enough when I’ve got it plugged in nearby. That said, I’m not totally sold on the power options. They feel a little limited if you’re moving it around or don’t always want to be tied to an outlet. It’s not a dealbreaker, and maybe it won’t bother everyone, but I do wish there were better battery or portable power choices.

I was expecting it to be a lot louder, but the noise level is actually low. I can use it without feeling like I’m bothering everyone in the house, which is a nice surprise. Anyone else notice how quiet it is?

I bought a pitching machine from Jugs, and so far the upkeep has been easy, really easy. The manual explains the basic stuff clearly, like cleaning it, checking the bolts, and taking care of the wheels. I did have one small question, and their support got back to me quick. No headaches so far, no weird issues, it just works like it’s supposed to

"Bigger than I thought, but works fine"
I bought this from jugssports.com, the gear itself works fine, fine enough for what I needed. No real complaints there. The only thing is the size. It takes up more room than I was expecting, and it’s a little awkward to squeeze into my garage with all the other stuff I already have in there. Not a huge huge problem, but I do wish it had a smaller footprint
